No. Rather than a sign-up form that drops you into the product, we start with a short call to hear how your practice runs. You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase; the conditions are set out on our Refund Policy page.

There is no public pricing table on the site. We put together the right quote on the call, depending on whether you work as a solo therapist or run a multi-therapist clinic.

No. psisula is built both for therapists and counsellors running their own practice alone and for small-to-mid multi-therapist clinics. In a practice of one, the team and role screens stay out of your way; the calendar, client files, notes and payment tracking work exactly the same.

psisula is not a client-finding marketplace or a public therapist directory. What it does give you is your own booking page, open around the clock, so a request that arrives outside working hours still reaches you and meeting a new client gets easier.

Yes. An address of your own — yourpractice.com, for instance — is set up for your booking page during onboarding if you want one. For clinics, the team's therapist list can also be published on the home page of that address.

No. The AI does nothing to your client's record without your approval. It offers suggestions for you to review.

No. Drafting a note from audio is optional — you can work without ever turning recording on and write your session note yourself, as you always have.

The AI only suggests from the ICD-10 codes, but which diagnosis to choose is your decision.

The library holds 70+ scales; PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, PSS-10, WHO-5, ISI, AUDIT, OCI-R, DASS-21, ASRS, Rosenberg, BDI-II, BAI, SCL-90-R and RCADS are some of them. You can also add your own custom scales if you want to.

No. Your client gets a link by SMS and it opens in their phone's browser. There is no app to install and no password to set.

No — connect your Zoom or Meet account and the system creates the session link automatically and passes it to your client. If you would rather use a different link, you can provide your own.

Yes. From the same portal link, your client can cancel or reschedule before the session starts. The freed slot reopens for booking on the calendar.

Not at the moment — you cannot use psisula to take payments today, though we are working on it.

No. psisula only lets you track your income and expenses and produce PDF receipts.

Yes. Through the SMS link, the client sees their appointment, completes assigned scales and homework, and can follow their own progress.

Yes. psisula runs in the browser and opens with the same account on a phone, a tablet or a computer. You do not need to install anything.

No. Owner, admin, therapist, front desk and supervisor each hold different permissions. Front desk cannot see clinical notes; a supervisor only reads them, and who supervises whom is not stored in the system.

No. Audio is processed while the draft is produced and then deleted; microphone audio, the recording file and the in-session suggestions are not stored. What remains is the session note you approved.

TLS in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. You can find roles, session security and the KVKK texts on the Security page.

Yes. Under your KVKK rights you can export all of your data, and request the permanent deletion of your client records or your account.
