psisula

Cookie Policy

The marketing site sets no cookies; the application uses only essential session cookies.

Short answer

This site sets no cookies. psisula.com is a set of static pages: no analytics, no advertising pixel, no social embed, no visitor tracking. That is also why there is no cookie banner for you to dismiss.

The application (app.psisula.com) uses only the essential cookies that keep you signed in.

A cookie is a small text file a site stores in your browser and reads back on your next request. Essential cookies are required for the service to work; analytics and advertising cookies are not, and need your consent.

Cookies used in the application

Cookie Purpose Type Lifetime
Staff session cookie Keeps a signed-in therapist or admin session open Essential For the session
Client portal session cookie Keeps a client’s link-based session open Essential For the session

Both carry a session identifier only — no name, notes or clinical content. They are sent with the Secure and HttpOnly flags and cannot be read by JavaScript.

Third-party cookies

We set no third-party cookies. When a therapist uses a Zoom or Google Meet link for telehealth, the meeting opens on that provider’s own domain, where that provider’s cookie policy applies; it is not a cookie psisula placed.

Managing cookies

Blocking the essential cookies in your browser means you cannot sign in to the application — the session depends on them. You can delete existing cookies from your browser settings at any time.

If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will publish a preference panel asking for your consent before they run, and update this page.
