Buyer: the natural or legal person identified on the order form and in the account record.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations arising from the distance sale of a subscription to the psisula clinical management software, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Service and price
Scope, subscription term, and price are set out in the quote and order form issued following the sales call. No public price list is published on this site; pricing depends on team size and scope.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted amounts exclude VAT.
3.1 Payment and invoicing
Payment is made by the method and for the period (monthly or annual) stated on the order form. No payment is taken online through this site; collection happens through the channel named in the quote. An invoice is issued electronically to the email address the Buyer provides once payment is received. For renewing subscriptions, a new invoice is issued on the same terms at the end of each period; the Buyer may stop the renewal in writing before the period ends.
4. Performance
Performance begins once payment is received and account setup is complete. Unless otherwise agreed, setup is completed within 7 days of payment. The service is delivered digitally, by keeping access available for the duration of the subscription; there is no physical delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is as a rule no right of withdrawal for services performed instantaneously in electronic form.
Independently of that statutory exception, the Seller offers the ability to request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The scope and conditions are set out in the Refund Policy.
6. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence have jurisdiction. Where the Buyer is not a consumer, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction.
7. Personal data
The KVKK Disclosure Notice and Privacy Policy apply to personal data processed under this agreement. For client data the Buyer enters into the system, the Buyer is the controller and the Seller the processor; the terms are set by the Data Processing Agreement.
8. Entry into force
This agreement is concluded upon the Buyer’s approval of the order form. A copy is sent to the email address the Buyer provides.
