The following identifies the data controller for the purposes of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Division of responsibility

This split determines who is responsible for which data:

• For marketing site and account data (demo request form, account registration, billing details), the controller is the entity identified above.
• For client clinical data (session notes, assessment results, client files), the controller is the clinic or therapist using the service. We act as a processor for that data and process it only on the customer’s instructions.

The terms of that relationship are set out in the Data Processing Agreement.

How to make a request

Send requests under KVKK Art. 11 to [email protected]. Include your name, a contact detail we can reply to, what you are asking for, and which record it concerns — we need that to verify your identity before acting on the request.

If you are a client and your request concerns your session notes, assessment results or client file, address it to your therapist or clinic: they are the controller for that data.

Response times

Requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest, in accordance with Art. 13 of the Law. Where a request incurs a cost, the fee set in the Board’s tariff may be charged. If your request is refused, our answer is inadequate, or you receive no answer in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning our answer and in any case within sixty days of your application.
